HB 1201 (2018) relative to an employee's earned but unused vacation time.

Description: Requires an employer to pay its employees for earned but unused vacation time. The House amended the bill to give employees an extra ninety days to use vacation time at the end of every year, and only require employers to pay for unused vacation time if the employee was unable to schedule time off due to the needs of the business.
