HB 1344 (2018) relative to collective bargaining under the right-to-know law.

Description: Declares that, for purposes of the right-to-know law, the definition of a public meeting shall not include strategy with respect to collective bargaining only if just one party is present. At the time of this bill's submission, the law allows strategy or negotiations with respect to collective bargaining to be exempted from the definition of a public meeting regardless of the number of parties present.
