NH remains one of three states where motorcyclists are not required to wear helmets. In light of Motorcycle Week in Laconia, the Live Free or Die Alliance (LFDA) put the issue to Facebook members, asking “Should NH pass a law requiring motorcyclists to wear helmets?”

Comment:

Though every individual has the right to make his or her decisions, there are certain things that needs to be imposed. Such is the helmet law. Everyone knows how important pièce moto a helmet is yet they tend to deny the fact. If laws are not made mandatory more than half of the population won't ever wear a helmet. There are very few people who put serious thoughts to safety of themselves as well as others while riding a bike. Hence, in my opinion all states must have a mandatory helmet law.
