Vice President Joe Biden visited New Hampshire on Wednesday, speaking at the Warren Rudman Center at the University of New Hampshire School of Law, where he received the Warren B. Rudman Award for distinguished public service, and at Manchester Community College.

During his stops, Biden highlighted the Obama administration's economic record and policies, including the Affordable Care Act and President Obama's plans for increasing taxes for the wealthy to provide tuition-free two-year community college.

"So look, what this is all about is rebuilding the consensus that rebuilding the middle class is the best way to regain and maintain our economic strength and security," he said.

Biden also commented on the need for building a modern workforce.

"What we are trying to do at the federal level, with help from the leaders of the states like Maggie [Hassan] and others, Gov. Haslam in Tennesee, is we're trying to create the circumstance where businesses know how to know," Biden said. "They know where to go to find the most qualified workers."

Biden said he will announce this summer whether he intends to run for presidency.
