Allows "digitally verifiable licenses, certificates, or permits" to prove occupational experience or training for military spouses and veterans. The Senate amended the bill to lay out in more detail how the Office of Professional Licensure and Certification should facilitate temporary occupational licensure for military service members and their spouses (including issuance of a digitally verifiable license).
