Let parents temporarily assign parental rights to someone else
Summary:
Allows parents and guardians to delegate parental rights to a "temporary agent," up to 60 days.
The House added the text of HB 185 to this bill. HB 185 says that it is the policy of the state to support approximately equal parenting time.
The Senate muts approve that addition.
