Only make LLC managers subject of property tax lien for unpaid Meals and Rooms tax
Summary:
If a property tax lien is filed against an operator for unpaid meals and rooms taxes, this bill limits the definition of "operator" to only include persons in a managerial capacity of a LLC, rather than all LLC members.
